This is shorter and consistent across filters.

With the introduction of AVFilterContext->is_disabled, we can simplify
the custom passthrough mode in filters.

This commit is technically a small compat break, but the timeline was
introduced very recently.

Doxy by Stefano Sabatini.

This should fix several issues with odd dimensions inputs.

lut, vflip, pad and crop video filters also need to be checked for such
issues. It's possible sws is also affected.

Flag added in a few simple filters. A bunch of other filters can likely
use the feature as well.

Any alleged performance benefits gained from the split are purely
mythological and do not justify added code complexity.

A number of compilers, for example those from TI and IBM, choke on
these initialisers.  The current style is also quite ugly.

Fix warning when compiling boxblur.

While this is technically a major API break, practically there will be no
one using that function since the filtering API is mostly private, so
that function alone is not usable.

Reduce log clutter, consistent with 1a49a169eb.

It is not used in any filters currently and is inherently evil. If
passing binary data to filters is required in the future, it should be
done with some AVOptions-based system.

It will allow adding new fields to it without ABI breaks.

This filter does not support slice-drawing, the whole blurred image needs
to be written in end_frame().

With the following additions:
* support to gray format
* support to yuva420p format
* parametric luma/chroma/alpha radius
* consistency check on the radius values, avoid crashes with invalid values

Increase size of the private temporary buffers from w to FFMAX(w, h),
indeed they are used also for blurring vertical lines with length h.

Make more clear the meaning of the variables. They specify the length
of a (vertical or horizontal) line rather than a width.
Less confusing.
