Support for this device has been removed in the Linux kernel since v2.6.37.
dv1394 has been superseded by libiec61883 which is functionally equivalent.

The libavformat API is not suitable for exporting output devices as muxers.
Some practical problems are e.g. lack of timing/synchronization mechanisms
or interaction with output-specific features.
The function find_things() in configure is confused by component
registration calls as part of multiline macros defining combined
component registration. Coalesce those macros into one line to
work around the issue.

It currently use the simple api and is using the latency information
provided only to offset the stream start.

--enable-indev, --enable-outdev rather than --enable-demuxer,
--enable-muxer as before, same for disabling them.
