Vittorio Giovara	e96c3b81ca	avutil: rename AV_PIX_FMT_Y400A to AV_PIX_FMT_YA8 The rationale is that you have a packed format in form <greyscale sample> <alpha sample> <greyscale sample> <alpha sample> and shortening greyscale to 'G' might make one thing about Greenscale instead. Anton Mitrofanov	142e76f105	swscale: fix crash with dithering due incorrect offset calculation. ptrdiff_t can be 4 bytes, which leads to the next element being 4-byte aligned and thus at a different offset than intended.
