Nicolas George	2fc354f90d	ffmpeg: rework checks for the -t option. This commit is based on libav's implementation and makes sure to compare output timestamps together. It also reduces the differences with avconv. The changes to the test reference files are caused by an additional packet at the end, the timestamp of the frame encoded by this packet is always strictly below the limit stated by the -t option.	13 years ago

Stefano Sabatini	4ebb46eb14	lavfi/super2xsai: fix table used to update color matrix at the end of each y loop The previous table appears to be wrong (it was copied from the original MPlayer super2xsai filter in order to keep binary compatibility). The new table is consistent with the init code and apparently fixes a combing artifact on the left edge of the generated image.	13 years ago

This changes these programs to output individual images if opening a named output argument as a file fails, in this case assuming it is a directory.
