Michael Niedermayer	b3c3996212	avcodec: rename prores encoders Using the first names of authors sounds somewhat unprofessional and might be considered offensive which is not intended. The new names use the initials of the authors due to simplicity and the possibility to apply it consistently without the need to find political correct names for each future case where alternative codecs might exist. Also its shorter ... If someone has a better idea, like maybe 2 random letters and people prefer it then iam happy to switch to that ... Nicolas George	0884d04dc3	lavc: fix recoded subtitles end. Text subtitles packets are not 0-terminated (and if they are, it is handled by the recoding process since 0 is a valid Unicode code point). The terminating 0 would overwrite the last payload octet. OTOH, packets must be 0-padded. Fix a problem reported in trac ticket #2431.	13 years ago

Alexander Kojevnikov	29d8cd265a	mp3dec: Fix VBR bit rate parsing When parsing the Xing/Info tag, don't set the bit rate if it's an Info tag. When parsing the stream, don't override the bit rate if it's already set, otherwise calculate the mean bit rate from parsed frames. This way, the bit rate will be set correctly both for CBR and VBR streams.
