Deprecated in 11/2012.

Move non-obsolete functions, structures and constants outside
the scope of "#if FF_API_AVFILTERBUFFER".

Add attribute_deprecated to av_buffersink_get_buffer_ref()
and av_buffersink_poll_frame().

Add doxygen for av_buffersink_get_frame_flags().

Deprecate AVFilterBuffer/AVFilterBufferRef and everything related to it
and use AVFrame instead.

Allow to select sample rates.

Add a field to the AVBufferSinkParams for a list of accepted
channel counts.
Change the default value for the lists in AVBufferSinkParams
to NULL, to let lavfi fill them with something useful.
The fail_enomem path is unneeded because filters are uninited
on failure.

The planar/packed switch and the packing_formats list is no longer
required, since the planar/packed information is now stored in the sample
format enum.

This is technically a major API break, possibly it should be not too

Implement av_buffersrc_get_nb_failed_requests.
Deprecate av_vsrc_buffer_get_nb_failed_requests.

It is no longer used anywhere.

Furthermore, the header it was declared in was not installed,
so it can not be considered part of the public API.

av_buffersrc_add_ref can handle audio too now.

This function merges the features of
av_vsrc_buffer_add_video_buffer_ref() and
av_buffersrc_buffer().

It can be used to directly pass a AVFilterBufferRef to lavfi, avoiding a
memcpy.

Consistently apply this rule: the guard name is obtained from the
filename by stripping the leading "lib", converting '/' and '.'  to
'_' and uppercasing the resulting name. Guard names in the root
directory have to be prefixed by "FFMPEG_".
