Diego Biurrun	bea705752d	Remove unused softfloat implementation. The softfloat functionality is unused, not installed and incomplete. On platforms without floating point units, the compiler provides a softfloat implementation so there is no point in carrying this code around locally.	14 years ago

Stefano Sabatini	987903826b	Globally rename the header inclusion guard names. Consistently apply this rule: the guard name is obtained from the filename by stripping the leading "lib", converting '/' and '.' to '_' and uppercasing the resulting name.
