Mans Rullgard	d3d3a32c9d	lavu: add av_usleep() function This function implements a delay using the first available of the following functions: - nanosleep() - usleep() - Sleep() (Windows) The conditional #includes in time.c are simplified by including unistd.h and windows.h whenever they are available rather than having these lines triggered by specific functions. Martin Storsjö	627067118c	avutil: Add av_timegm as a public function This is useful, since the normal timegm function isn't a standard function (requiring _BSD_SOURCE or _SVID_SOURCE on glibc to be visible, and not available on e.g. windows).
