lavfi: add rgbtestsrc source, ported from MPlayer libmpcodecs 

The licence was changed from GPL to LGPL with explicit approval from
the original author.

gradient and a timestamp. This is mainly intended for testing
purposes.
The @code{rgbtestsrc} source generates an RGB test pattern useful for
