Merge remote-tracking branch 'cigaes/master'

* cigaes/master:
  lavfi/buffersink: fix header.
  lavfi/buffersrc: disable deprecated warnings.
  lavfi/buffersrc: check channel count changes.
  lavfi/buffersrc: set channel layout if it is known.
