License definitively changed to BSD 3-clause.

Updated with all platforms, but previous Pull Request was accepted, but not in /plugins directory. I'm not familiar with GitHub procedures, though. Thanks.

Windows binary had the wrong root directory name. The link to the fixed one is the same, but the sha256 is not
