Hello all, this is an announcement for the next release candidate for Carla v2.3.<br/> |

Comes after a few issues were reported and fixed, |

specially important for Windows users where plugin discovery did not work.<br/> |

The audiofile and midifile plugins were also finalized, the task I was waiting to finish before publishing this RC2. |
