Julian Storer 7becff2aa4 Reorganised some of the juce source tree folders. Added a new JUCE_DEPRECATED macro, and tested it by renaming Button::addButtonListener to Button::addListener for consistency with other widgets. Added Samplitude to the AudioHostType class.
