  Julian Storer 8fd76650c4 RTAS ppq fix. New class OptionalScopedPointer. Deprecated the ResizableWindow::setContentComponent() method, replacing it with setContentOwned() and setContentNonOwned(), which provide a way to specify the component's ownership when it is added. 14 years ago

  Julian Storer 1b05a7d46d New classes CharPointer_UTF8, CharPointer_UTF16, CharPointer_UTF32, complete refactoring of CharacterFunctions class and updates to the internals of String methods. Removal of String::operator+= (unsigned int) because of clashes with wide-char types that use unsigned int. Made core classes compatible with Android. Removed the class var::identifier from its parent class, and renamed it "Identifier" - I've left a typedef in var to allow old code to still work, but I'll remove this at some point, so please switch to using the new classname directly.   Julian Storer fb7cf838db Created a new class "Range", for holding generic number ranges. New abstract class TextInputTarget, which defines methods common to text editors. Changed a couple of method definitions in TextEditor and CodeEditorComponent so that they could implement TextInputTarget. Added ability for wav files to save their SMPL chunk. 15 years ago
  Julian Storer 63d3d8a77e New class: NamedValueSet, which is a simple container for named var objects. Removed the clunky get/setComponentProperty methods and replaced them a single method Component::getProperties(), which returns a NamedValueSet for that component - if you've used component properties in your code you might need to change your syntax, but this is a cleaner solution, and using var objects for the data is more powerful than the old, string-based implementation. Also fixed a Mac image rendering bug. 15 years ago
