This entails lots of OpenGLContext references being passed around all over the place, and has meant that a few static helper functions are no longer available.	13 years ago

I've used this to rebuild the OpenGLComponent's rendering algorithm so that it now supports sub-components and can have 2D content drawn in its paint method. Julian Storer	f04309f44a	Added fake placeholder versions of the new c++0x 'noexcept' and 'nullptr' keywords, and altered the library classes to use these instead of 'throw()' and '0'.
